Bački Petrovac Sub-Branch Office of RAZVOJNA BANKA VOJVODINE at a New Location |
As of Monday 2, August 2010, the sub-branch office of RAZVOJNA BANKA VOJVODINE in Bački Petrovac has moved to a more attractive location, and so, the business operations continue at No. 8 Kolarova Street. The numbers of the Office remain unchanged (021 / 780- 025 and 021 / 781-338). The office hours are from 8 am to 4 pm on working days. |

Temerin Branch Office at a New Location |
 As of Monday 26, July 2010, the branch office in Temerin of RAZVOJNA BANKA VOJVODINE continues its operations at a new address, No. 377 Novosadska Street.
The numbers of the Office remain the same (021 / 844 604 and 021 / 844 611). The office hours are from 8 am to 5 pm on working days and from 8 am to 12 pm on Saturdays.

NEW PRESIDENT OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD LEADING RAZVOJNA BANKA VOJVODINE a.d. NOVI SAD |
Biljana Jovanović, BEc, has been appointed as the President of Executive Board of RAZVOJNA BANKA VOJVODINE a.d. Novi Sad by the Decision of the Board of Directors of RAZVOJNA BANKA VOJVODINE a.d. Novi Sad, with a prior consent of the National Bank of Serbia.
Biljana Jovanović held office as the director of the Development Fund of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina from 2002 to 2005. From 2005 up until being appointed to this position, she held office as the vice president of the Development Fund of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.
This change of the head of the Bank occurred subsequently after the resignation from the office of the last President of the Executive Board, Srđan Petrović, PhD. Mr Petrović’s action was based on personal reasons, in order to continue his professional career as a University professor. As of July 2009, the Government of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, which possesses 61.9% of the Bank, has been the majority owner of the Bank. This determines the Bank’s business orientation, as the manager of financial projects which are necessary for the development of the Province. In addition, the Bank maintains its role as the financial organisation which operates according to market principles.
